INVEHO UFF rail and industrial workshops

Founded in 1971, these workshops are specialised in the conversion, modification and maintenance of wagons for rail freight.

Profile

The site, of an area of 14 ha, including 14,000 m² of covered services, is at the heart of the Ventillon industrial zone at Fos-Sur-Mer (France; 13), a strategic location near the chemicals hub at Marseille-Fos, the large maritime port of Marseille and the Miramas marshalling yard. With 100 persons working on the site, including 65 qualified and specialised workers, INVEHO UFF is considered by its clients as a leading workshops in France and in Europe.

Axles centre

Furthermore, INVEHO UFF is currently one of the only workshops in France which has an organisation dedicated to the maintenance and repair of axles. With trained and highly qualified personnel, associated with ultra-modern facilities, INVEHO UFF is capable of processing more than 9,000 axles per year for repair and maintenance operations, in accordance with the most widespread maintenance rules in Europe:

• Storage and management of stock for the client (storage capacity of 5,000 axles)

INVEHO UIP

has been specialised in the maintenance and repair of wagons for rail freight since 1957. The site, with an area of 4,865 m² including 2,700 m² of covered surfaces, is located at the heart of the Pompadour industrial zone in the south of the Paris region in the commune of Créteil (France, 94).

INVEHO UIP, which for several years has been undergoing a process of progress and renewal, is recognised for its responsiveness. It is currently composed of 20 persons, with trained, qualified and specialised workers.

Its geographical position is strategic:

• Close to the marshalling yard at Villeneuve St Georges
• With a regular shuttle from the marshalling yard at Drancy-Le Bourget and the multi-mode centre of Valenton;
• Close to the multi-mode centres of Bonneuil sur Marne, Valenton and Noisy Le Sec

Mobile maintenance

Furthermore, thanks to significant investments, INVEHO UIP has obtained specialised equipment for mobile maintenance. Today, INVEHO UIP is capable of implementing all types of maintenance and breakdown-repair work on its clients' sites, 7 days a week.

has been specialised in the maintenance and repair of wagons for rail freight since 1955.

Profile

The plant, of an area of 8ha, including 7 155m² f covered services, is at the heart of the area of Marseille, near pond of Berre and the port of Fos-sur-Mer, located in the commune of Miramas (France ; 13).
With 30 persons working on the plant, including 21 specialised workers in sheet-metal working, surface Treatment, gas and petro-chemical degasification, internal cleaning as well as pickling and passivation.
